摘要
通过试验研究各冷却参数对50CrVA弹簧钢相变组织的影响。在获得了钢的相变点的基础上,得到50CrVA弹簧钢在连续冷却过程中的组织变化规律,为此钢种在实际生产过程中控轧控冷工艺的制定提供参考数据。
The purpose of this test is to study the influence of various cooling parameters on the phase change structure of50 CrVA spring steel. Based on obtaining the phase change point of the steel, this paper obtains the change rule of the structure of 50 CrVA spring steel in the continuous cooling process, which provides reference data for the formulation of the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of the steel in the actual production process.
