摘要
隧道工程产生大规模的盾构泥浆,需要予以处理。通过开展水上运输和吹泥工艺、无害化控制、融合吹填方式和掺混比例等研究,建立一个盾构泥浆处置至横沙圈围区域的运输、处置、管控体系,并提出合理的吹填比例。可为类似盾构工程泥浆常态化处置提供借鉴。
Tunneling engineering produces massive shield slurry, which needs to be treated efficiently.Through the research of water transportation and technology of mud blowing,harmless control,mixed hydraulic fill method and blending ratio, the system of transportation, disposition and control which consumes shield slurry in Hengsha reclamation project is established, and rational hydraulic fill ratio is proposed, which may serve as reference for the normalized disposition of similar projects.
