摘要
针对某焦化厂的干熄焦余热发电系统运行出现的副省煤器腐蚀及射水箱排水浪费问题,提出了设计优化措施并进行了总结,为提高干熄焦系统及其设备可靠性和高效性提出了新的思路。
To solve the problem of corrosion on the auxiliary coal economizer and water waste in water tank discharge of the CDQ residual heat power generation system at a coking plant, the paper put forward and summarize some design optimization measures, to provide some new ideas for improving the equipment reliability and high efficiency of CDQ system.
