摘要

介绍了一种最近从国外引进的真空低温蒸馏方法处理废乳液的工艺。该工艺对环境实现零排放,净化处理后浓缩的最终废液值低于初始处理溶液容积的10%,便于集中处理。操作简单,处理效果好,设备运行稳定。
        This paper introduces a recently introduced from abroad vacuum cryogenic distillation method of dealing with waste emulsion process.The process to the environment zero emissions,purification treatment after the final concentrated liquid value less than 10% of the initial processing solution volume,facilitate centralized processing.The operation is simple,the treatment effect is good,equipment operation is stable.
