摘要
文章研究了退火态纯镍带材在经过四种变形量冷平整后性能及组织的变化。结果表明,完全退火的后的纯镍带材经过3%、6%、9%和12%四种变形量平整后,抗拉和屈服强度均有提升。其中抗拉强度变化不大,屈服强度在12%变形量时达到最高值370Mpa。伸长率则随变形量增加逐渐降低。
The article analyze the variation of mechanical and structure of annealed pure Ni strip after four deformation of cold leveling. The result shows that the tensile strength and yield strength of annealed pure Ni coil were improved after four kinds deformation including 3%,6%,9% and 12%. Hereinto,the tensile strength didn't change much,the yield strength reached the maximum value of 370 Mpa at 12% of the deformation,and the elongation decreased gradually with the increasing of the deformation.
