摘要
以加强管控人员不安全行为、减少煤矿事故为目的,基于安全科学原理,以国内某煤矿为依托,应用HAZOP分析方法系统地识别煤矿作业人员不安全行为并在识别成果的基础上提出人员不安全行为隐患检查标准、风险管控培训课件、考试题库、修订安全操作规程4项针对性的管控措施,丰富改善了企业原有管控现状。
To strengthen the control of unsafe behavior of personnel, reduce coal mine accidents, based on the principle of safety science and relied on a coal mine in China, this paper uses HAZOP analysis method to identify the unsafe behavior of coal mine operators systematically. Based on the identification results, the inspection standard for hidden danger of unsafe behavior of personnel, risk control training courseware and examination question bank, the revision of safety operation procedure are proposed.The four targeted control measures enrich and improve the original management and control status of enterprises.
