促排卵方法对多囊卵巢综合征患者行辅助生殖技术治疗的影响

摘要
目的分析促排卵方法对多囊卵巢综合征患者行辅助生殖技术治疗的影响。方法选取择期收治的行辅助生殖技术治疗的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,然后分为两组,每组40例,其中对照组给予实施Gn促排卵方案;研究组给予实施LE促排卵方案;比对分析这两种促排卵方法对两组患者的影响效果。结果研究组相比较于对照组其助孕指标与临床指标更优,但两组相比较所存在的差异无显著性,无统计意义(P>0. 05)。结论 LE促排卵方案更适合多囊卵巢综合征患者行辅助生殖技术治疗,对其影响效果较优。
Objective To analyze the effect of ovulation induction on assisted reproductive technology in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome treated with assisted reproductive technology were selected as subjects in our hospital,and then divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. Among them,the control group was given Gn for ovulation induction. The study group was given the LE ovulation induction program;Comparative analysis of the effects of these two methods on the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group,the pregnancy and clinical indicators in the study group were superior,but the differences between the two groups were not significant and had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). Conclusions LE ovulation induction is more suitable for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome to be treated with assisted reproductive technology,and the effect is better.
