脉络膜黑色素瘤的伽玛刀治疗进展
摘要
脉络膜黑色素瘤是一种罕见但病死率极高的眼内恶性肿瘤,传统眼球摘除手术对病人生存期帮助不大,并且容易造成肿瘤转移和播散。随着治疗理念和方法改进,眼球摘除不再是惟一治疗方式,其中放射外科在眼眶内肿瘤治疗,扮演着重要角色,在治疗肿瘤的同时,通过精确勾画靶区,可更好保护视觉功能。伽玛刀放射外科在眼眶内肿瘤的治疗中所体现出的安全性和精确性使其得到了越来越多的重视。本文就脉络膜黑色素瘤的伽玛刀治疗,做一次回顾性的综述。
