高校外语教师团队协同互动对团队效能的影响

摘要
协同增效是团队成员协同互动的出发点和归宿点,团队成员协作度和心理默会度是团队效能产出的关键。在团队协同理论内涵基础上,文章梳理并借鉴国内外团队协同互动理论来源,科学性地提出高校外语教师团队协同互动对团队效能的影响路径,以促进高校外语教师团队效能的提升。
The synergy is the destination of team members' interaction, and the psychological cooperation is the key to team efficacy. Based on the synergy theory of team, this paper sorts out the theory of team synergistic interaction at home and abroad,and scientifically puts forward some effective paths in order to promote the efficacy of college foreign language teachers' team in order to improve the efficacy of college foreign language teachers' team.
