关于对眼科学实践课程教学改革的研究探讨

摘要
在眼科学的教学过程中,眼科实践课是眼科教学的最主要的实践途径。眼科学实践课的教学改革的关键措施之一是增强眼科学教学质量、掌握基本操作技能,也是广大眼科教学工作者关注的焦点问题。本文提出了三项重点实习课教改方法。根据教学内容,灵活调整实习课时数,结合临床实际,精心选择典型病例,并注意学生基本操作能力的训练等。结果显示改进实践课的教学方法是行之有效的。
In the course of ophthalmology teaching, ophthalmology practice course is the most important practical way of ophthalmology teaching. One of the key measures in the teaching reform of ophthalmology practice course is to enhance the teaching quality of ophthalmology and to master the basic operation skills, which is also the focus of attention of the ophthalmologists. This paper puts forward three methods of teaching reform of key practical courses. According to the teaching contents, the number of practical hours should be adjusted flexibly, the typical cases should be carefully selected in combination with clinical practice, and attention should be paid to the training of students' basic operating ability. The result shows that it is effective to improve the teaching method of practical course.
