华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗中老年患者寒性腰痛的临床随机对照研究

摘要
目的观察华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方治疗中老年患者寒性腰痛的疗效和安全性。方法 96例入选病例按3:1比例随机分为治疗组72例,对照组24例。治疗组予华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方,对照组给予模拟剂(纱布块+炒决明子),疗程为4周。分别于治疗前,治疗后1周、2周和4周观察2组腰部疼痛指数、生活质量和腰椎活动度的变化情况。结果随着干预时间延长,2组在腰部疼痛、精神健康和社会功能等方面均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗组在腰部疼痛、腰椎活动度、精神健康、社会功能、生理机能和生理职能方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组试验过程中均未出现严重不良事件。结论华伤Ⅰ号熨疗方临床治疗寒性腰痛具有一定疗效,且安全性好。
Objective To observe the curative effect and the safety of Huashang No.1 Hot Compress Prescription in the treatment of cold low back pain in the middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods 96 cases with cold low back pain were enrolled and divided,with the ratio of 3: 1,into 2 groups:treatment group(n=72) and control group(n=24);Huashang No.1 Hot Compress Prescription was given to cases in treatment group while analogues(gauze pad + fried cassia seeds) was given to cases in control group;the courses for both groups lasted from 4 weeks;pain visual analog scale(VAS),quality of life(SF-36),and range of lumbar spine activities of the cases in the 2 groups were observed at the time point of before treatment,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. Results With the treatment going,the low back pain,mental health and social function of the cases in both groups were much improved(P<0.05) and the improvements in low back pain,range of lumbar spine activities,mental health,social function,physiological function and physiological role in the cases in treatment were superior to those in control group(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusions Huashang No.1 Hot Compress Prescription is of certain curative effect on cold low back pain with safety.
