腹部手术患者通过全科护理干预术后疼痛的效果

摘要
目的探讨腹部手术患者通过全科护理干预术后疼痛的效果。方法选择我院近期收治的需要进行腹部手术的患者100例,将100例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组在对照组常规护理基础上进行疼痛护理干预,比较两组护理效果。观察比较指标有疼痛评分和患者对护理满意度。结果观察组经过疼痛护理干预,疼痛护理评分低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,两组比较P<0.05,有显著的统计学差异。结论对腹部手术患者给予全科护理干预对术后疼痛有明显作用,可降低疼痛程度,改善患者术后疼痛感觉,促进患者伤口愈合,预防伤口感染,促使患者早日康复,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of abdominal surgery patients through general nursing intervention of postoperative pain.Methods:Select 100 patients with abdominal surgery admitted to our hospital recently,100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Routine care administered to the control group,the observation group were given pain nursing intervention in the control group on the basis of routine care,nursing effect between the two groups.To compare indicators of pain scores and patient satisfaction with care.Result:Observation group through pain nursing intervention,nursing pain scores than the control group,patient satisfaction was higher,the two groups P<0.05,there is a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Abdominal surgery patients given general nursing intervention on postoperative pain plays a significant role,can reduce pain,improve postoperative pain perception,promote wound healing in patients,prevention of wound infectiol,promote the speedy recovery of patients,improve patient satisfaction,worth clinical application.
