摘要
我国装配式建筑在各个省份的发展过程中存在明显差异、发展极为不平衡的现状。以我国31个省份的装配式建筑发展水平为研究对象,从建设规模、信息化水平、生产建造能力、技术创新能力、政府支持力度、可持续性、综合效益7个方面构建综合评价指标体系,以投影寻踪模型和数据包络分析模型为基础,从静态和动态两个维度对区域装配式建筑发展水平差异进行综合评价,并通过构造综合发展水平差异指数把31个省份划分为5个等级。研究结果表明:我国大部分地区装配式建筑发展水平处在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级水平,不同地区存在明显差异,其中政府支持力度与生产建造能力是影响区域装配式建筑发展水平的重要因素。进一步提出提升我国区域装配式建筑发展水平的相应建议。
        There are obvious differences in the development of prefabricated construction in various provinces and cities in China. This paper takes the development level of regional assembly architecture in 31 provinces of China's as the research object, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system from seven aspects, including construction scale, information level, production and construction ability, technological innovation ability, government support,sustainability and comprehensive benefit, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the regional development level difference of the assembly architecture in China from the static and dynamic dimensions, divides the 31 provinces into5 grades. The results show that: the development level of assembled buildings in most areas of our country is at the level of grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ, and there are obvious differences in different areas, among them, government support and production and construction capacity are the important factors that affect the development level of regional assembly buildings. The paper further puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the development level of the regional assembly building in our country.
