开放式创新视域下国际知识产权研究热点、前沿与趋势分析

摘要
【目的/意义】开放式创新背景下,知识产权问题成为研究热点之一,了解该领域的研究概况与前沿对于我国的知识产权制度建设和知识产权管理具有重要意义。【方法/过程】以Web of Science核心数据库中关于开放式创新视域下国际知识产权研究的历年文献为研究对象,运用Citespace软件的聚类分析和共引分析来绘制该研究领域的知识图谱,探索创新视域下知识产权研究的知识脉络、研究前沿、热点和发展趋势。【结果/结论】研究发现:开放式创新视域下的知识产权研究呈上升趋势,但中国在这方面的研究与国际领先水平还有较大差距;创新视域下的知识产权研究前沿集中在知识产权制度、技术战略、新经济和技术发展四个主题。
【Purpose/significance】Under the context of open innovation, intellectual property rights have become one of the focuses of innovation research. Understanding the development and frontiers of intellectual property rights is of greatsignificance to the construction of intellectual property rights system and the strategies of intellectual property management.【Method/process】In this paper, the core database of Web of Science is used to retrieve the historical literature on theinnovation research from the perspective of intellectual property, and it uses Citespace software to map the knowledge of theresearch field, and explores the knowledge and research frontiers of innovation research from the perspective of intellectualproperty.【Result/conclusion】The research shows that: 1) The innovation research in the perspective of intellectual propertyrights is on the rise, but there are still big differences between China's research and international level. 2) The frontiers ofinnovation in intellectual property perspective focus on intellectual property right, new economic, technology strategy andtechnological development.
