摘要
某风电机型的轮毂支撑因其尺寸较大、自由度高,焊接后变形严重。为此,结合产品特点分析了焊接变形的根本原因,并经过多次工艺调整和改进,设计了一种简易有效的液压矫正专用设备对焊后变形进行矫正,详细论述了该矫正设备的结构及其使用方法,得出了应用该矫正设备时不同变形量所需采用的矫正量,并给出经验公式,很好地满足了产品要求,且极大地提高了生产效率。对类似结构焊接件的矫正工装设计有重要的指导意义。
Welding deformation was very serious due to the big size and big freedom of hub support structure in wind power. The root cause of welding deformation based on the product's own characteristics was analyzed in this article.After many process adjustment and improvement, a simple and effective hydraulic deformation corrective fixture was designed, the structure and using instruction of the fixture was described, the corrective amount for different distortion amount was given, the experienced formula was supplied, the product requirement was met well and the work efficiency was much improved. It was very meaningful of the deformation corrective fixture design for hub support structure and other product with similar structure.
