降低40CrMoV5-1钢矫直辊工频感应淬火开裂风险

摘要
为了降低40CrMoV5-1钢矫直辊工频感应淬火开裂风险,同时满足其工频感应淬火硬度要求,利用线切割切取40CrMoV5-1模具钢试块,先对试块进行淬火处理并检测硬度,确定合适的最低淬火温度。矫直辊工频感应淬火时,控制好淬火起始位置和结束位置的加热和冷却。淬火结果表明,工频感应淬火温度范围为990~1010℃时,矫直辊硬度满足技术要求,硬度达到了57~58 HRC,并且没有任何裂纹产生。
        In order to meet the hardness requirement of power frequency inductive quenching of 40 CrMoV5-1 die steel straightener roll and avoid the cracking of the straightener roll after the power frequency inductive quenching,samples cut from 40 CrMoV5-1 die steel by wirecutting were quenched and its hardness was tested in order to find an appropriate minimum quenching temperature. Heating and cooling in the starting position and ending position of the straightener roll should be well controlled when it is quenched by power frequency heating. The result shows that the hardening temperature in the range of 990-1010 ℃ can make the 40 CrMoV5-1 straightener roll meet the hardness of technical requirement. The hardness of the straightener roll reaches 57-58 HRC and there is no cracking on the straightener roll.
