基于虚拟学术社区的知识聚合模型构建研究

摘要
【目的/意义】优化虚拟学术社区的知识聚合模型能够构建优质的资源获取平台,实现知识的共享和创新。【方法/过程】结合学术社区用户的相关知识需求分析,提出了虚拟学术社区知识聚合的目标——知识共享、知识管理、知识创新和知识推送;进而又提出了基于主题的虚拟学术社区知识聚合模型和基于SECI的虚拟学术社区知识聚合模型,并对这两种模型的相关理论进行了深入细致的剖析,在结合理论学习与创新的基础上建立了融合主题与SECI模型的虚拟学术社区知识聚合整体模型构架。【结果/结论】实现了对当前的知识聚合模型的优化,推动虚拟学术社区知识聚合模型理论的深入性和普适性发展,为提升虚拟学术社区知识聚合的水平提供实践参考。
【Purpose/significance】Optimizing the knowledge aggregation model of virtual academic community can build a high-quality resource acquisition platform and realize knowledge sharing and innovation.【Method/process】Based on the analysis of knowledge needs of users in academic communities, the objectives of knowledge aggregation in virtual academic communities are put forward, which are knowledge sharing, knowledge management, knowledge innovation and knowledge push. Then, the knowledge aggregation model of virtual academic community based on theme and the knowledge aggregation model of virtual academic community based on SECI are proposed. The related theories of these two models are analyzed in detail. On the basis of combining theoretical learning and innovation, the knowledge aggregation of virtual academic community based on theme and SECI model is established.【Result/conclusion】It realizes the optimization of the current knowledge aggregation model, promotes the in-depth and universal development of the theory of knowledge aggregation model in virtual learning community, and provides practical reference for improving the level of knowledge aggregation in virtual academic community.
