摘要
本文通过实验、对比、统计等方法,对短跑运动员力量训练的手段进行了调研。结果表明,在短跑运动员的力量训练中,科学地、有针对性地进行以快速力量为主的训练,同以发展绝对力量为主的力量训练相比较,快速力量训练更有利于短跑运动员成绩的提高。
Through the experiments,contrast,statistics and other methods,the author investigates the means of strength training for sprinter.The results show that,in the strength training of sprinter,the training of fast strength is scientifically and targeted,and the fast strength training is compared with the strength training which is the main force for the development of the sprinter.It is beneficial to the improvement of the performance of the sprinter.
