假币犯罪案件侦查措施的运用

摘要
在近年来打击假币犯罪工作中,公安机关已取得了显著成效。但审视传统假币犯罪侦查措施的运用与新时期反假币工作的要求,二者之间还有一定的不适应。公安机关应从打击假币犯罪的社会效益出发,着眼全国大局,对假币犯罪开展"多层次打击""全方位整治"和"网上作战"相结合的工作思路,重点加强异地执法协作、控制下交付、诱惑侦查、悬赏与奖励、刑嫌调控、阵地控制、长期经营、网上作战等侦查措施的运用,以持续开展对假币犯罪的常态化打击整治。
In recent years the public security organizations have already obtained some achievements in striking false currency crimes. Analyzing traditional strategies and new request in fighting with false currency crimes, we found some non-compliance between them. The public security organizations should consider the social effect and general situation nationwide, set up the working approaches of combining "striking from all-levels", "fighting on line" and "comprehensive management",and especially strengthen law enforcement cooperation, controlled delivery, lure investigation,bonus and reward, control on suspicions, control on spots, continuous conduct, and investigation on line. And we should strike false currency crimes continuously and regularly.
