血液透析室应用优质护理的方法以及临床意义

摘要
目的探讨优质护理在血液透析室护理中的实施方法及效果。方法以随机抽样的方式从2016—2017年期间在该院行血液透析治疗的患者中选取100例,采用随机数字表法实施分组,划分为观察组包括50例患者,和对照组包含50例患者。对照组患者实施常规血液透析室护理,观察组患者实施优质护理。结果观察组患者的病情缓解率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.393,P<0.05)。观察组患者护理前的肌酐清除率、尿素氮水平和24 h尿蛋白含量为(28.65±7.70)ml/min、(16.20±4.21)mmol/L和(5.11±1.67)g,对照组患者分别为(28.17±7.41)mL/min、(16.15±4.51)mmol/L和(5.15±1.30)g,以上指标组间比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理后的肌酐清除率(35.24±10.24)mL/min,显著高于对照组的(30.34±8.24)mL/min;尿素氮和24 h尿蛋白含量分别为(11.27±2.54)mmol/L和(3.14±0.25)g,均显著低于对照组患者的(14.32±2.31)mmol/L和(4.10±0.40)g;以上指标组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为12.0%,显著低于对照组患者的30.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.693,P<0.05)。观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、社会功能等评分分别为(61.51±9.55)分、(71.41±8.41)分、(83.62±5.94)分和(76.35±7.55)分,显著高于对照组的(54.33±8.20)分、(53.24±7.42)分、(69.34±7.24)分和(63.25±6.34)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.294,8.362,8.025,6.731,P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用到血液透析室护理中,能够显著提高患者的病情缓解率,促使患者的肾功能得到改善,并显著降低患者的并发症发生率,从而促使患者的生活质量得到显著提高。
Objective To explore the implementation methods and effects of quality nursing in hemodialysis room nursing.Methods A random sample was selected from 100 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from 2016 to 2017.
