摘要
目的探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及其基因多态性与2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN的相关性。方法收集187例2型糖尿病患者。根据是否伴发周围神经病变分为DPN组和T2D组,另选择同期体检的健康人群为HC组。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析技术检测MCP-1(-2518A/G)的基因多态性,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MCP-1水平。结果 T2D组AA基因型频率显著高于HC组(<0.05);DPN组AA基因型频率和A等位基因频率显著高于HC组(<0.05)。T2D组和DPN组血清中MCP-1水平显著高于HC组(<0.05),DPN组MCP-1水平高于T2D组(<0.05)。T2D组AA基因型的MCP-1水平低于AG基因型及GG基因型(均<0.05)。DPN组AA基因型的MCP-1水平低于GG基因型(<0.05)。MCP-1水平、糖尿病病程、HbA1c与DPN的发生显著相关(均<0.05)。结论血清MCP-1水平与T2DM及DPN的发生相关;MCP-1(-2518A/G)的基因多态性与T2DM相关,但与DPN的发生无相关性。
