石油化工园区内道路与铁路的定性及研究

摘要
石化园区内的公共道路与铁路相关的防火间距的确定,首先取决于园区铁路与道路的性质,以及级别的确定。通过对与之相关的各种技术标准的收集、分析和整理,给出了石化园区产业区域内的道路应该定性为厂矿道路中的厂外道路,并执行有关二级及以下公路的设计标准的结论。同时,也给出了园区内铁路应该定性为铁路专用线和专用铁路的理由和划分方法。在此基础上,给出了与园区铁路和道路相关的防火间距,以及它们相互之间防火间距的确定原则和要求。
        The determination of fire separation distance related to public roads and railways in petrochemical parks depends first on the nature of the railways and roads in the parks and on their grades. Based on the collection, analysis and sorting out of relevant technical standards, it's pointed out that the roads in the industrial area of the petrochemical park should be determined as the roads outside the plants. and that the design standards of secondary and lower highways(or other highways except expressways or first-class highways) should be implemented. At the same time,the reason why the railway in the park should be classified as the dedicated railway line and the special railway was given as well as the division method. On this basis, the determination principles and requirements of the fire separation distance related to the railway and road in the park were put forward.
