摘要
研究了阴离子型分散剂脂肪醇磷酸酯盐(MLBH)对炭纤维在沥青中的分散性的影响;设计分散工艺实验,研究不同工艺对炭纤维/石墨材料中炭纤维分散性的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、偏光显微镜分别对炭纤维/石墨材料和分散有炭纤维的沥青切片表面形貌进行表征,并通过抗折强度、电阻率指标均匀程度来评价炭纤维在石墨基体中的分散性。结果表明:使用MLBH作为分散剂能明显改善炭纤维在黏结剂沥青中的分散性;先将焦料和沥青混合均匀再加入炭纤维混合得到的炭纤维/石墨材料中炭纤维分散性最佳。
A dispersing process was designed to study the effects of different processes on the dispersity of the carbon fiber in carbon fiber/graphite materials. The influence of aliphatic alcohol ether phosphate salt, an anionic dispersant, on the dispersity of carbon fiber in pitch was investigated. The morphologies of the carbon fiber/graphite material, carbon fiber and sliced pitch samples with carbon fiber dispersion were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and polarizing microscope, respectively. The dispersity of carbon fiber in graphite matrix was evaluated by the uniform degree of indicators including flexural strength and electrical resistivity of the samples obtained from the carbon fiber/graphite material and sliced pitch samples with carbon fiber dispersion. It turned out that MLBH, used as a dispersant, can significantly improve the dispersion of carbon fiber in pitch binder. The best dispersing performance of carbon fiber was obtained by adding the carbon fiber to previously homogeneously mixed coke and pitch.
