潮州市农村高中学生体质健康测试结果分析

摘要
目的了解潮州市农村高中学生体质健康的现状,为促进学生体质与健康提供科学依据。方法抽取潮州市4所农村高中2 064名学生2015年体质健康测试的结果,结合《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》,分析学生的体质健康状况。结果 2 064名学生中,肥胖、超重和低体质量检出率分别为3.29%、3.63%和17.39%;男女生体质健康达标率分别占85.02%和86.10%,高一男女生体质健康达标率均在90%以上,与高二、高三比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论潮州市农村高中学生营养过剩和营养不良并存,高二、高三学生体质健康不容乐观,应加强对学生的营养教育和干预,进一步促进学生体质健康势在必行。
        Objective To understand the present situation of physical health of rural senior high school students in Chaozhou City, so as to provide the evidence for promoting their physical quality and health. Methods The results of physical health tests of 2064 students of 4 rural senior high schools in Chaozhou City in 2015 were extracted and analyzed for their physical health status according to the "National standards of physical fitness in school students". Results The detection rates of obesity, overweight, and low body weight were 3.29%, 3.63%, and 17.39% among 2064 students respectively. The pass rates of physical health in both male and female students were 85.02% and 86.10% respectively, and the pass rates of the male and female students of Grade One were both more than 90%, and compared with those of the students of Grade Two and Grade Three, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion In Chaozhou City, the over-nutrition and malnutrition coexist among the rural senior high school students, and the physical health condition of the students of Grade Two and Grade Three is not optimistic. Therefore, the nutrition education and intervention should be strengthened in the students to improve their nutrition and health status.
