核酸检测与酶联免疫检测血液病毒的比较分析

摘要
目的探析核酸检测与酶联免疫检测血液病毒的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月—2016年7月该血站检验科血液样本500例为研究对象,分别给予核酸检测与酶联免疫检测,并且计算与对比两种检测方法的阳性率。结果在HBV(乙型肝炎病毒)检测中,核酸检测阳性率为3.0%(15/500),同酶联免疫检测的1.2%(6/500)进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在HCV(丙型肝炎病毒)检测中,核酸检测阳性率为1.8%(9/500),同酶联免疫检测的1.6%(8/500)进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在HIV(人类免疫缺陷病毒)检测中,核酸检测阳性率为0.4%(2/500),同酶联免疫检测的1.8%(9/500)进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液病毒检测中,核酸检测与酶联免疫检测各具优势,存在一定的互补性,因此,可结合实际情况,给予两者联合应用,以此提高血液病毒检测准确性。
        Objective To study the clinical effect of nucleic acid detection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for blood virus. Methods 500 cases of blood samples in the department of clinical laboratory in our blood station from July2013 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and tested by the nucleic acid and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the positive rate of two test methods was calculated and compared. Results In the test of HBV,the difference in the positive rate between the nucleic acid detection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had statistical significance,[3.0%(15/500) vs 1.2%(6/500)](P<0.05),in the test of HCV,the difference in the positive rate between the nucleic acid detection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had no statistical significance[1.8%(9/500) vs 1.6%(8/500)](P>0.05),and the difference in the positive rate of HIV between the nucleic acid detection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had statistical significance [0.4%(2/500) vs 1.8%(9/500)](P<0.05). Conclusion In the test of blood virus,the nucleic acid detection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay each have advantages and have a certain complementarity,therefore,we can use the two at the same time to improve the accuracy of the blood virus test according to the actual condition.
