摘要

根据双柱联合基础设计原理及分析方法,对某旧厂房改造设计中新建钢框柱与原混凝土柱联合基础进行加固设计与分析。根据结构布置中不同柱间距及上部荷载条件,基于联合基础刚性假定,分别给出了锥形联合基础与梁式联合基础两种加固设计方案,对加固设计方法中的关键问题进行了详细的分析与总结,并结合该项目的设计环境给出了适用条件,可为同类工程提供必要的参考。
        According to the two-column joint foundation design principle and analysis method,the reinforcement foundation design and analysis of the joint foundation in the retrofitting design of an old factory building. According to different structural arrangement conditions,based on the joint foundation stiffness assumption,two reinforcement design schemes of conical joint foundation and beam joint foundation are given respectively,and the key problems in the reinforcement design method are analyzed and summarized in detail. Combined with the design environment of the project,the applicable conditions are provided,which can provide necessary reference for similar projects.
