摘要

在新时期发展背景下,煤炭企业需要紧随时代发展形势来进行转变。在煤炭企业经营发展过程中,工会工作人员不仅需要承担起保障煤炭企业职工群众的合法权益的职责,同时还需要在日常工作当中对工会工作的新思路以及新方法进行思考和研究。论文结合实际工作经验,对新时期背景下的工会工作思路以及工作方法进行研究。
        In the context of the development of the new era, coal enterprises need to follow the development of the times to make changes. In the course of the development of coal enterprises, trade union workers need to shoulder the responsibility of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the working people of coal enterprises. At the same time, it is also necessary to think and study new ideas and new methods of trade union work in daily work. Combined with practical work experience, this paper studies the working ideas and working methods of trade unions in the context of the new period.
