摘要

档案管理是不动产登记中最重要的一环.传统的不动产登记档案管理模式已显露出诸多问题,普遍存在对档案管理认识不够,管理过程缺乏严谨性和规范性.建立不动产登记信息平台,加强不动产档案管理,做好档案整理、上传、管理、查询、统计、分析等各项工作,有助于促进不动产登记信息完备、准确、可靠,提升档案管理水平和效率.
        Archives management is the most important part of real estate registration. The traditional mode of archives management for real estate registration has revealed many problems,such as insufficient understanding of archives management,lack of rigor and standardization in the process of management. To establish the information platform of real estate registration,strengthen the management of real estate archives,and further to do a good job in fields of file collation,upload,management,inquiry,statistics,analysis and other work,will helpful to promote the completeness,accuracy and reliability of real estate registration information,and to improve the level and efficiency of file management.
