石油类污染船舶修造行业环境污染治理对策

摘要
通过实地调研船舶修造企业,对船舶修造的污染源及污染因子进行调查,分析附近流域水体石油类因子超标原因。拟定了修造场地废水收集方案、处理工艺和二次污染控制等措施,提出涉石油类污染船舶修造行业废水处理工艺,并依据相关环境保护法律法规及技术规范,最终制定了涉石油类污染船舶修造及船舶专项整治标准。
        The pollution sources and factors of ship building and repairing industry were investigated through field investigation. The reasons of petroleum pollutants exceed standard were analyzed. The wastewater collection scheme for the repair site, treatment process and second pollution control measures were carried out. Meanwhile, the wastewater treatment process was also put forward. Finally, the standard for repairing ships and special regulation of ships with petroleum pollutants has been formulated according to the relevant laws and regulations of environmental protection and technical specifications.
