摘要
采用过氧化钠碱熔,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铌钽矿中的铌,选择了仪器的最佳工作条件,以10ng/m L铑为内标校正铌,该方法铌的检出限为0.168μg/g。该方法克服了酸分解法溶解不完全而导致分析结果偏低。缩短了分析周期,方法简便、准确、适应性强且更符合环保要求。
        The niobium in niobium tantalum ore was determined by sodium peroxide fusion, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the optimum working conditions of the instrument were selected, and niobium was corrected with 10 ng/m L rhodium as the internal standard, and the detection limit of niobium was 0.168 μg/g. This method overcomes the incomplete dissolution of acid decomposition method and leads to low analysis results. Shorten the analysis cycle, the method is simple, accurate, adaptable and more in line with environmental requirements
