摘要
以北方某净水厂脱水机房设计为例,简述了该工程污泥脱水的工艺流程,对脱水机房的系统组成进行了介绍,对污泥的调质处理进行了设计,并对脱水机配套设备进行了比选,同时考虑了短期原水高浊的应对措施。板框脱水机因其脱水效果好、污泥含水率低而被越来越多地应用于国内污泥处理行业中,在设计过程中应注意配套设备的选型,使整个脱水系统安全可靠。
With the design of sludge dewatering station of a water purification plant in northern China as an example, the process of sludge dewatering in this project is briefly described, the systematic composition of the dewatering station is introduced, the sludge conditioning treatment is designed, and the matching equipment of the dewatering machine is compared and selected. Meanwhile, the countermeasures of short-term high turbidity of raw water are proposed. Frame dehydrator is used more and more diffusely in domestic sludge treatment industry because of its good dewatering effect and low sludge moisture content. In the design process, attention should be paid to the selection of supporting equipment, so as to make the whole dewatering system safe and reliable.
