摘要
对比分析了电石法聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂粉与乙烯法PVC树脂粉在力学性能、塑化性能、粒径分布、热稳定性、鱼眼、吸油率等方面的差异,并解释了出现这种差异的原因。对比实验结果表明:(1)乙烯法PVC树脂的力学性能要优于电石法PVC树脂;(2)电石法PVC树脂粉干混料的塑化性能要优于乙烯法PVC树脂粉干混料;(3)电石法PVC树脂粉的粒径更大,粒径分布范围更宽;(4)电石法PVC的热稳定性要比乙烯法PVC的热稳定性差;(5)电石法PVC的表观密度要比乙烯法PVC小;(6)电石法与乙烯法PVC在吸油率与出现鱼眼缺陷上的概率的差异性不大。
This paper contrasted the difference of the mechanical properties,plasticization performance,particle size distribution,thermal stability,fisheye and oil absorption rate between the PVC resin produced by calcium carbide method and ethylene method,and explained why this difference occurred. The results show that:(1) PVC resin produced by ethylene method has superior mechanical properties than PVC resin produced by calcium carbide method;( 2) PVC produced by calcium carbide method is easier to be plasticized;(3) PVC produced by calcium carbide method has larger size powder particle and a wider size distribution range;(4) The thermal stability of PVC produced by calcium carbide method is poor than PVC resin produced by ethylene method;( 5) PVC produced by calcium carbide method has a smaller performance density;( 6) The difference of oil absorption and fisheye between PVC produced these two methods is small.
