腔内碎石配合清热利湿、通淋排石法治疗泌尿系结石的效果

摘要
目的探讨腔内碎石配合清热利湿、通淋排石法治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法选取本院2010年9月至2018年7月收治的500例泌尿系结石住院患者,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=400),对照组行腔内碎石术治疗,观察组在此基础上配合清热利湿、通淋排石法治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、手术治疗情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(99. 00%)高于对照组(86. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者术后下床活动时间(2. 07±0. 69) d和术后住院时间(7. 14±0. 76) d短于对照组的术后下床活动时间(4. 14±0. 58) d和术后住院时间(9. 68±1. 57) d,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组并发症发生率(2. 00%)低于对照组(10. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论腔内碎石配合清热利湿、通淋排石法治疗泌尿系结石能够有效清除结石,改善患者临床体征及症状,降低并发症发生风险,缩短患者术后恢复时间,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic lithotripsy combined with clearing away heat and dampness,dredging and removing stones in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods 500 cases of urinary calculi hospitalized in our hospital from September 2010 to July 2018 were divided into the control group( n = 100) and the observation group( n = 400) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with endoluminal lithotripsy and the observation group was treated with clearing away heat and dampness,dredging and discharging stones. And the clinical effects,surgical treatment and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group( 99. 00%) was higher than that in the control group( 86. 00%) and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the observation group( 2. 00%) was lower than that in the control group( 10. 00%)and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Endovascular lithotripsy combined with clearing away heat and dampness,dredging and eliminating stones can effectively remove urinary calculi,improve the patients’ clinical signs and symptoms,reduce their risk of complications and shorten their postoperative recovery time. The curative effect is significant.
