摘要
在对乌海市海勃湾区矿区环境综合治理过程中,为保证灭火施工后无复燃现象发生,对后堆积渣山进行合理规划,通过对平台、边坡进行防复燃封闭处理,切断氧气供给通道,防止复燃现象的发生。其中边坡封闭是封闭处理难点,在设计规划、防治难点分析的基础上,利用南方cass软件确定边坡封闭区域,采用"由上至下阶梯开挖,由下至上分层回填"治理思路,通过实验得出最佳回填材料配合比,确保坡面封闭效果、无复燃。
In the process of comprehensive environmental management of the mining area in Haibowan District,Wuhai City,in order to ensure that there is no re-ignition after the fire-fighting construction,the post-distribution slag mountain is rationally planned, and the platform and slope are closed for anti-reburning treatment. The oxygen supply channel prevents re-ignition. The slope closure is a dif?cult problem of closed treatment. On the basis of design planning and analysis of dif?cult points,the southern cass software is used to determine the closed area of the slope,and the management idea is to use "top-to-low step excavation and back-up strati?cation back?ll". Through the experiment,the optimal back?ll material mix ratio is obtained to ensure the slope sealing effect and no re-ignition.
