摘要
设计一种煤矿井下全液压履带钻机的下稳固装置,该稳固装置可向外翻转以便在钻机施工时增加钻机的稳定性。应用有限元软件对下稳固装置中的关键部件转臂进行三维建模和静力学分析,得到了转臂的应力云图,验证了设计的可靠性。为同类产品的设计提供参考。
Designing a fixing device for all hydrawlic drilling rig which uesed in the underground coal mine,the fixing device can be turned outward to increase the stability of the drillingrig in construction.Establish the model and accomplish the static analysis by the use of finite element software,obtaine the stress nephogram which verifies the reliability of the design. Provides reference for the designing of these kinds products.
