稻壳粉和玉米芯中微量元素的测定及应用

摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对沈阳某地区稻壳粉与玉米芯进行元素分析,二者均含有Ca、P、Na、Mg、Se、Zn、Mn、K、Cu、Fe等微量元素,方法回收率在90.4%~108%之间。将稻壳粉和玉米芯中部分微量元素与瘦肉型生长育肥猪饲料国家标准进行对比发现,稻壳粉及玉米芯中均含有瘦肉型生长育肥猪饲料所需微量元素,但Ca、P、Na、Mg、Se、Zn含量均低于国家标准。稻壳粉中,K、Fe含量略低,Cu含量达标,但Mn元素含量远远高出国家标准,摄入过多会导致中毒现象发生;玉米芯中,K、Cu、Fe、Mn元素含量均可达到国家标准。因此,在进行饲养瘦肉型生长育肥猪时,应选用玉米芯来进行喂养,同时可添加含有Ca、P、Na、Mg、Se、Zn元素的营养物质进行辅助喂养。
        Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used for elemental analysis of rice husk powder and corn cob in a certain area of Shenyang. There are many trace elements such as Ca, P, Na, Mg, Se, Zn, Mn, K, Cu, Fe,etc. in both of them. The recovery rate of the method is between 90.4% and 108%. Compare some trace elements in rice husk powder and corncob with the nutrient requirements of lean type growing-finishing pigs ad libitum in the national standard. Both rice husk powder and corn cob contain trace elements needed for lean type growing-finishing pigs ad libitum. But the contents of Ca, P, Na, Mg, Se and Zn are all lower than the national standard. The content of K and Fe in rice husk powder are slightly lower, and the content of Cu is up to standard, but the content of Mn is more higher than the national standard, and excessive intake will lead to manganese poisoning. The contents of K, Cu, Fe and Mn in corn cob can reach the national standard. Therefore, corn cob should be selected for feeding lean type growing-finishing pigs. At the same time, nutrients containing Ca, P, Na, Mg, Se and Zn can be added for supplementary feeding.
