摘要
平滑肌对一些酸碱等化学物质较为敏感,其可能会影响小肠的肌电活动,进而影响小肠的运动。本研究试图探讨氢氧化钠(Na OH)、盐酸(HCl)、氯化钡(Ba Cl_2)对离体家兔小肠段平滑肌收缩功能的影响,以期了解不同化学药物对小肠肌电活动的影响,为肠道疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。本研究选取健康家兔,处死后取家兔的十二指肠、空肠、回肠离体后进行恒温灌流,分别给予1 mol/L的Na OH溶液、1 mol/LHCl溶液、1 mol/L Ba Cl_2溶液,并选择相对应肠段作为对照组,仅给予等量生理盐水恒温灌流,对比各组小肠平滑肌电活动变化。研究表明,Ba Cl_2干预下,十二指肠、空肠、回肠的收缩频率均高于对照组、Na OH组、HCl组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05);Ba Cl_2组、Na OH组、HCl组离体家兔小肠平滑肌的最大振幅均显著的高于对照组(p<0.05),Ba Cl_2组离体家兔小肠平滑肌的最大振幅均显著的高于Na OH组、HCl组(p<0.05);Ba Cl_2组、Na OH组离体家兔小肠平滑肌的负波最大振幅均显著的高于对照组、HCl组(p<0.05),Ba Cl_2组离体家兔小肠平滑肌的负波最大振幅均显著的高于Na OH组(p<0.05)。我们的研究初步表明:Ba Cl_2能显著的增强离体家兔小肠段平滑肌收缩功能,Na OH和HCl溶液会增强体家兔小肠平滑肌的最大振幅。研究显示Ba Cl_2的作用机制可能是促使平滑肌强直性收缩,而Na OH和HCl酸碱类物质的刺激可使肠壁内神经元兴奋,促进小肠平滑肌的运动。
        Smooth muscle is sensitive to some chemicals,such as acids and bases,which may affect the myoelectric activity of the small intestine,thereby affecting the movement of the small intestine.This study attempted to explore the effect of Na OH,HCl and Ba Cl_2 on contraction of smooth muscle in isolated small intestine of rabbits,in order to understand the effects of chemical drugs on intestinal myoelectric activity,so as to provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal diseases.In this study,healthy rabbits were selected and put to death.Their duodenum,jejunum and ileum were taken out to receive constant temperature perfusion with 1 mol/L Na OH solution,1 mol/L HCl solution,and 1 mol/L Ba Cl_2 solution,respectively.Also,the corresponding intestinal segments were chosen as the control group and only received the same amount of saline perfusion.Then,the electrical activity changes of small intestinal smooth muscle were compared.The results showed that under the intervention of Ba Cl_2,the contraction frequencies of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were all higher than those of control group,group Na OH and group HCl,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The maximum amplitude of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle in rabbit of Ba Cl_2 group,Na OH group and HCl group was obviously higher than that in control group(p<0.05).In addition,the maximal amplitude of small intestine smooth muscle of Ba Cl_2 group was significantly higher than that of Na OH group and HCl group(p<0.05).The maximal amplitude of the negative wave in the small intestine smooth muscle of Ba Cl_2 group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the HCl group(p<0.05),and the maximal amplitude of negative wave in the small intestine smooth muscle of Ba Cl_2 group was apparently higher than that of Na OH group(p<0.05).Our study preliminarily demonstrated that Ba Cl_2 could significantly enhance the contraction function of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in rabbits,and Na OH and HCl solution could increase the maximum amplitude of small intestine smooth muscle of rabbits.Moreover,this research indicated that the mechanism of action of Ba Cl_2 might be to promote the tetanic contraction of smooth muscle,while the stimulation of Na OH and HCl acids and bases could stimulate neurons in intestinal wall and promote the movement of small intestinal smooth muscle.
