摘要
以木质纤维为主要增强材料,工业排烟脱硫废弃物经煅烧制得的半水硫酸钙为无机胶黏剂,通过半干法工艺,生产环保石膏纤维板。结果表明,复合缓凝剂用量对脱硫石膏纤维板的静曲强度、内结合强度、握螺钉力影响极显著,木膏比对脱硫石膏纤维板的吸水厚度膨胀率影响显著。
The waste produced in the process of flue gas desulphurization(FGD) is calcined to prepare hemihydrate calcium sulfate.The latter is used as the inorganic adhesive and wood fiber is used as the main reinforced material to make an environment-friendly fiberboard——desulphurization gypsum fiberboard through semi-dry process.Calcine temperature and reasonable parameter for the fiberboard making are explored.The results show that the reasonable calcine temperature is 160~180℃,the amount of the composite retarder reagent has a significant effect on the static bending strength,internal bond strength and nail-holding performance of desulphurization the gypsum fiberboard,and the ratio of wood to desulphurization gypsum has a significant effect on thickness swelling rate of the desulphurization gypsum fiberboard.
