从大国财政看中美“贸易战”

摘要
美式大国财政服务于美国战略,扮演着主导全球资源配置、全球利益分配和主导全球贸易的职能。美国发动"贸易战"正是美大国财政战略的体现,体现为剑指"中国制造2025",为美国实体经济发展化解风险;大国财政特别重视风险监控,不惜手段化解本国风险;逼迫中国进一步开放市场,强化对中国市场和要素的控制;打乱中国的全球战略,使之屈从于美国大国财政规则。应对"贸易战",不能局限于贸易领域,而是要有大国财政思维,用中国式大国财政予以化解。
Big country finance similar to U.S.A.serves the nation's strategy,plays the role directing global resource allocation,global benefit allocation and guide the global trade.The trade war triggered by US is one reflection of its big country finance strategy,the war targeted to "China Manufacturing 2025",tried to reduce the risk of US real economic development.The big country finance always focuses on risk control and supervision,take every possible measure to reduce domestic risk.US forces China to further open its market,enhance its control to China market and producing elements,disturbs China's global strategy and makes China follow US big country finance rules.To counter trade war,China should take measures not limited in trade area,big country finance philosophy should be taken,China's big country finance is to be applicable.
