海南与广东两地城市群地缘经济关系匹配研究

摘要
泛珠三角区域合作("9+2")是海南参与国内地区合作的重要成果之一。作为泛珠三角区域合作的建设重点,粤港澳大湾区和中国(海南)自由贸易试验区的建设将对泛珠三角区域合作产生重要影响。从城市地缘经济关系视角出发,分析海南与广东两地城市群经济关系的匹配程度,探究粤港澳大湾区建设对海南自贸区建设的影响。研究表明,海南与广东两地地缘经济关系呈现出越来越强的竞争型态势,海南各市县间也存在着发展不协同问题。因此,海南在参与泛珠三角区域合作时应更加关注珠三角城市地缘经济联系和地区的产业协同发展问题,充分利用海南省独特的地理位置和优越的环境优势,通过对中国(海南)自由贸易试验区建设,积极参与国际区域经济合作,减少粤港澳大湾区"虹吸效应"的不利影响。
Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation( "9 + 2") is one of the important achievements of Hainan Province in participating in domestic regional cooperation. As the construction focus of Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation,the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and China( Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Area will have an important impact on Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation. From the perspective of urban geo-economic relations,this paper analyses the matching degree of economic relations of urban agglomerations between Hainan and Guangdong and explores the impact of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on the construction of Hainan Free Trade Area. The research shows that the geo-economic relationship between Hainan and Guangdong is becoming more and more competitive,and there are also uncoordinated development among cities and counties in Hainan. Therefore,Hainan should pay more attention to the geo-economic links of the cities in the Pearl River Delta and the coordinated development of regional industries,and make full use of the unique geographical location and superior environmental advantages of Hainan when it participates in the Pan-Pearl River regional cooperation. Through the construction of China( Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone,it actively participates in international regional economic cooperation and reduces the adverse impact of "siphon effect"in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
