四物胶囊的HPLC特征图谱研究

摘要
目的建立四物胶囊的HPLC特征性图谱,提高其质量控制水平。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0. 1%磷酸(梯度洗脱),流速1. 0 m L·min~(-1),230、321 nm双波长同时检测,柱温30℃。分别以当归、川芎、白芍等对照药材制备对照药材溶液,以芍药苷、阿魏酸制备对照品溶液,测定10批四物胶囊样品,建立对照特征图谱,确定特征峰。结果在230 nm处,供试品色谱中呈现与白芍对照药材图谱相对应的5个色谱峰;在321 nm处,供试品色谱中呈现与当归、川芎对照药材图谱相对应的5个色谱峰。结论所用方法的专属性强,且快速、简便、可靠,可用于四物胶囊的质量控制。
        OBJECTIVE To establish the specific chromatograms of Siwu capsules for HPLC,so as to improve its quality control. METHODS The analysis was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a gradient mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was set at230 nm and 321 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Angelicae sinensis Radix,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Paeoniae alba Radix were used,and paeoniflorin and ferulic acid peaks were adopted as references. The specific chromatogram from 10 batches of Siwu capsules were established and the characteristic peaks were determined. RESULTS At 230 nm,5 chromatographic peaks corresponding to the chromatogram of Paeoniae alba Radix should be presented. At 321 nm,5 chromatographic peaks corresponding to the chromatogram of Angelicae sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma should be presented. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of Siwu capsules.
