摘要
为提高某钢质尾翼架生产效率、材料利用率和可靠性,提出先热挤压后冷整形的成形工艺,用数值模拟的方法对新成形工艺进行分析,并用试验的方法验证该工艺的可行性。成形工件外形尺寸及力学性能达到零件图规定的技术要求,与传统工艺相比节材29%,生产效率提高1倍以上,为该类零件的生产提供参考依据。
        In order to improve the production efficiency,material utilization and reliability of a steel mounting of fin,the compound forming process of hot extrusion and cold sizing was proposed. Numerical simulation was used for the new forming process and forming experiments were performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed process. The outside dimensions and mechanical properties of formed steel mounting of fin can meet the techical requirements specified in the part drawing. Compared with the traditional process,the new manufacture process can save twenty-nine percent of raw materials and improve the production efficiency by more than 1 time,which can provide a reference for the manufacture process of the kind of parts.
