摘要
以培养复合应用型人才为目标,在人才培养体系构建、人才培养制度建设以及人才培养工作制度等方面进行了系列改革,通过遴选组建农村区域发展专业春耘现代农业实验班进行实践探索。结果表明,模式改革在学生实践技能、创新创业意识、德智体美劳等方面成效显著,特别是协同培养和"管理学+农学"双学位培养模式在复合应用型人才培养过程中作用尤其突出,可资借鉴。
With the aim of cultivating complex applied talents,a series of reforms have been carried out in the areas of building talent training system,talent training system,and talent training work system by selection and establishment of Chunyun Modern Agricultural Experimental Class in rural regional development specialty. Results showed that model reform has achieved remarkable results in students practical skills,innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,morality,intelligence,physical and mental health,and labor. In particular,collaborative cultivation and the management and agriculture double degree training model played a particularly prominent role in training process of composite applied talents,and could be used for reference.
