聚合物及其复合材料的微成型加工研究进展

摘要
综述了聚合物及其复合材料微型成型加工技术的研究概况和进展。特别对聚合物及其复合材料微型注射成型的研究领域、热点方向和关键技术进行较为详细地阐述,分别从微型注射成型机械的特性、分类和塑化方式;微成型模具的设计和制造、所使用材料的要求和特点、在微注射成型过程中的形态结构与性能的关系以及微注射成型工艺参数的控制以及微注射成型工艺过程的仿真模拟等方面说明了微型注射成型技术在聚合物加工领域的最新研究进展,并对其发展方向和趋势做出展望。
        Micromolding of polymer materials and polymer composites has gained increasing technological interest because of the growing demands on devices with microscale dimension.This review provides a state of art introduction to the key features of microinjection molding.Progresses on the study of materials for microinjection,the characteristics of various microinjection molding machines and their plasticization behavior,the design and fabrication of micromould,and processing-structure-property relationship of micro parts are discussed.
