摘要
结合山西乡宁煤矿一座长70m,跨度为45m的钢结构储煤棚设计,探讨了储煤棚的建筑设计、结构设计、基础设计三方面的内容。建筑设计介绍了储煤棚的地形特点、挡煤墙与墙体围护,采光设置与屋面排水,安全疏散与防火;结构设计通过对单榀钢排架的计算分析,确定了钢排架柱及钢屋架的杆件规格,通过设置屋架支撑、柱间支撑及抗风柱使储煤棚形成了一个空间整体结构;基础设计通过采用桩基+承台的处理方案,减小了施工难度,避开了场地内的过水涵洞。此储煤棚的设计将对类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
        Based on the design of a steel structure with a length of 70 m and a span of 45 m,the author discussed three aspects of the architectural design,structure design and foundation design of coal storage shed in Shanxi Xiangning Coal Mine. The features architectural design of the coal storage shed were introduced,including the retaining wall and the wall enclosure,the lighting setting and roof drainage, safe evacuation and fire prevention; in the structure design, through calculation and analysis of single truss steel frame,the specification of steel frame column and steel roof frame was determined,by setting roof truss support,inter-column support and wind column,a spatial integral structure was formed in the coal storage shed; in the foundation design,the construction difficulty was reduced by adopting the treatment plan of pile foundation and socket,and water culvert in the field was avoided. Design of this coal storage shed can provide references for similar projects.
