摘要

以输油输气管线为研究视角,从输油输气管线定义与特点出发,分析了输油输气管线安全规划的必要性,之后立足城市规划角度提出规避输油输气管线安全问题的策略。期待为相关工作的开展带去参考与借鉴。
        Based on the definition and characteristics of oil and gas pipelines,this paper analyzes the necessity of safety planning of oil and gas pipelines,and then puts forward some strategies to avoid the safety problems of oil and gas pipelines from the perspective of urban planning. Looking forward to the relevant work to bring reference and reference.
