摘要

近年来,随着可持续发展战略以及全面生态化建设的不断推动,我国的能源消费构成发生了很大的变化,煤炭等化石能源的消耗逐渐被电能等清洁能源的应用所取代。基于此点,论文将展开对"煤改电"工程的社会效益和经济效益方面的分析。
        In recent years, with the continuous promotion of sustainable development strategy and comprehensive ecological construction,energy consumption structure in China has been changed a lot. Fossil fuels like coal are replacing by cleaner energy, such as electric power gradually. Based on this point, this paper will carry out the social and economic benefits of the "coal to electricity" project.
