摘要
对湖南某钨锡矿石进行工艺矿物学研究,并根据矿物性质进行小型选矿流程试验.试样经四级手选、三级跳汰、四级摇床、贫富分选、细泥合并单独处理、重选精矿磨浮脱硫、浮尾重-磁组合回收钨锡的处理工艺流程.试验获得钨精矿产率为0.20%,WO_3品位为66.49%,回收率为60.22%,次精矿产率为0.27%,WO_3品位为16.98%,回收率为20.61%,钨的综合回收率为80.97%;次精矿中含锡品位22.01%,回收率为39.24%.
Small mineral dressing process test was conducted based on the mineralogy research of the tungsten-tin ore of Hunan.In the process,the sample goes through 4 level hand picking,3 level jigging,4 class shaking table,individual treatment for fine mud,desulfurization on gravity concentrate by grinding and floating,recycling tungsten-tin from floating tail by combination of gravity-magnetic.The result of the process shows that the productivity of tungsten concentrate is 0.20%,WO_3 grade 66.49%,and recovery rate 60.22%;productivity of the secondary concentrate is 0.27%,WO_3 grade 16.98%,recovery rate 20.61%,and the comprehensive recovery rate of tungsten 80.97%;tin grade is 22.01% and recovery rate is 39.24%in the secondary concentrate.
