摘要
介绍了煤矿井下综采工作面常用的刮板输送机溜槽结构,分析其磨损原因,并对当前所用的补焊耐磨层强化技术、等离子熔覆强化技术、中部槽耐磨堆焊技术以及激光熔覆耐磨层强化技术进行了对比分析,总结出各种表面强化技术的最佳适用条件,为进一步提高溜槽表面强化技术精细化水平提供经验参考。
        This paper introduces the chute structure of scraper co nveyor used in fully mechanized mining face of underground coal mine, analyzes the causes of wear, and introduces the strengthening technology of wear-resistant layer and plasma cladding, which is used at present. The wear resistance surfacing technology of middle groove and the strengthening technology of laser cladding wear-resistant layer are compared and analyzed. The best applicable conditions of various surface strengthening techniques are summarized, which provides an empirical reference for further improving the fine level of surface strengthening technology of chute.
