摘要
针对某金矿因深部矿石性质变化导致浮选工艺指标恶化并致使选矿回收率大幅降低的问题,进行了直接浮选与中矿再磨后浮选等试验研究。试验确定了最佳工艺参数,优化了选别工艺,解决了因矿石性质变化导致浮选指标恶化的问题。试验最终获得了金精矿产率为3. 0%、金品位为87. 91 g/t、金回收率为95. 06%的工艺指标,为提高企业的经济效益打下了坚实的基础。
Aiming at the problems of flotation process indicators deterioration generating beneficiation recovery rate slumped because deep ores properties changed,direct flotation and middlings flotation after regrinding tests were conducted. The tests determined the best technological parameters,optimized the beneficiation process,solved the problems of flotation indicators deterioration because of ores properties changing. The process indicators of gold concentrate with yield rate of 3. 0%,gold grade of 87. 91g/t,gold recovery rate of 95. 06% was obtained via the tests,which could lay a massy foundation for improving the enterprise economic benefits.
